Mounted machines
Compact 3-point linkage mounted machines with alternative lifting sections for many different crops including, carrots, onions, salads, celery etc.
Top lifting or share lifting combined with a front rubber flail topper make this a very flexible harvesting system.
These machines can be individually built with loading facilities to suit the customer's specific needs. 25kg boxes, 500kg boxes or elevator.
Trailed top lifters
Using the well-proven top lifting rails Asa-lift can offer trailed top lifting harvesters from a single row all the way up to 4 rows.
The 1 and 2 row machines can be supplied with either a hydraulic tipping bunker, standard elevator, direct flow elevator for high output harvesting and a 500 - 1000kg sac loading system on the single row machine.
The 3 and 4 row top lifters are fitted as standard with the Direct Flow elevator with a cross conveyor available as an option.
Many other factory options are available to fine-tune the harvesters to your individual harvesting conditions.
Self-Propelled top lifters
Very compact yet highly manuverable the 3 wheel range of harvesters from Asa-lift is extremely stable.
The many machines working on difficult conditions in the North of England are a testimony to the design success of these harvesters.
Available in 2, 3 and 4 row variants and having the factory options of either bunker or direct flow elevators, then fitted with automatic steering and height controls these machine are the best in there field.
Share Lifting
The latest trailed share lifter has specifically designed to work in difficult and undulating terrain. With the main sorting web fitted with a self levelling system independent of the harvester chassis, the crop is spread far more evenly across the entire width of the cleaning tract thus giving a far superior level of clean compared to any of its closest rivals.
Fitted also with a high-rise second trace means that the discharge elevator is kept a very low angle so significantly reducing drop heights and crop damage into the trailer.
The Self propelled is built to exactly the customers specification.
One of the big advantages if this machine is the ability to change from top to share lifting very quickly.
This not only allows fine tuning of the change over time between top and share lifting but also means the harvest can have a legal road transport width.
Many options are available including 6T+ tanks and the proven Direct Flow elevator.
Custom built leek lifter capable of harvesting at speeds of up to 5kmh. Available in 3 basic formats, 3 point mounted, trailed and self propelled all machines feature soft foam coated belts for gentle lifting, undercutting share with hydraulically variable speed shaker and large sorting areas for operatives.
Mounted lifters
Using the tractors hydraulics to control the machines main functions these unit come as standard with sorting table and platforms for holding crates. Options include fork lift attachments, delivery wheels for accurate leek placement, top trimmers for removing excess tops and fully automated crate loading systems for complete lifting using only one operator.
Trailed lifters
High capacity harvester fitted as standard with fully automatic lift sensing units. With built in storage system for crates and a fully automatic loading system with manual override this is a very versatile harvester for all conditions.
Self-propelled lifters
The ultimate 2-row lifter. Full hydrostatic drive system fitted with all the specification as on the mounted and trailed machines but with the added extra of computer control systems. Also available in single row format.
Toppers
Onion toppers are available from either a simple 3-point linkage mounted manually adjustable unit to a top of the range electro automatic machine. Working width is 1500mm and is also available as front mounted.
Windrowers
Single and triple machines with working widths from 1350 - 1650mm. Many machine types are available to suit all windrowing applications, with the trailed triple suitable to high out put requirements.
Harvesters
Trailed high capacity onion loaders consisting of main digging web, sorting web, hedgehog belt and an optional remote control loading elevator. Advantages of steering rear axle and 1000mm wide elevator, combined with a 3000mm discharge height means the Samso range of lifters can meet capacity outputs without any crop damage.
Designed specifically for the fresh market lifting of cabbages with no damage, neat clean cut and automated removal of unwanted external leaves.
A combination of mechanically driven pick up belts and an elastic belt ensures a uniform intake and cutting of the cabbage.
Available with either hydraulic fork lift for 2 x 5ookg boxes or elevator for discharge into a trailer.
Both machines are fitted with cross web with room to stand 2 people.

The EB Selectall was built specifically for the harvesting of parsnips in varying conditions.
A simple hydraulic system within the machine allows very quick in field changes from positive to negative hand selection for the final crop.
Many options fitted included generator for internal heating / lighting, twin power drive axles, steering, automatic levelling and CCTV systems for operator safety.
EBE has also develop a class leading range of trailed top lifting machines for harvesting carrots from a single row, all the way up to 4 rows at a time. With a vast array of options it is possible to have a custom built machine to suit any growers individual requirements.
For the smaller grower the "wrap around" style of machine offers a very flexible and cost effective way of harvesting a wide range of vegetables due to the option to convert between top or share lifting.
These rigs can be based around either an existing tractor or developed on there own self propelled chassis.
Hi-capacity is the aim with in-field ability to take the leeks from the ground to a washed, trimmed and packed state within 1 self-contained yet highly manoeuvrable harvesting rig.
On board electric generation and hydraulic systems provide power to all operation functions within the packing station. Re-cycled water tanks for pre-cleaning and stainless steel tanks for fresh water rinsing are built into the chassis to give a low centre of gravity without compromising ground clearance.
The ability to harvest, wash and pack prior to leaving the field has many obvious advantages. But at certain times due to for example adverse weather conditions or volume of crop being harvested it is not practical to have a large rig in the middle of a field.
EBE has developed mobile packing stations with all the available options of the leek harvesting rigs but with the advantage of being taken easily to the field headland and cope with large cleaning problems of high volume products.
With either manual or automated in-feed options and large water cleaning systems the EBE field processing rigs can be built to handle bunched carrots, parsnips, leeks and other non-root products.
